We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of full-stack solutions. This role involves guiding a team, architecting robust systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Get to Do: As a Senior Developer, youll play a key role in contributing to delivery within a collaborative scrum team, providing technical guidance while supporting high-quality outcomes. Contribute to the design and delivery of features, including coding, optimisation, automation, and ensuring alignment with architectural and performance standards Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver work through backlog grooming, sprint execution, and releases to production Support uplift in development practices, CI/CD automation, and AI capabilities across the team Foster a positive, collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable, and pragmatic solutions Champion strong engineering practices, contribute to managing technical debt, and support the teams technical direction Take shared responsibility for production health, including deployments, monitoring,



and ongoing support of delivered features Work with the team to identify and resolve technical risks, escalating blockers appropriately Contribute to mentoring and knowledge sharing to build overall team capability What You Will Bring: Relevant tertiary qualification/degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) Software engineering experience of 8+ years as a full stack developer We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
