About the Role

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is seeking an experienced and dynamic BTL Marketing professional to lead high-impact on-ground marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving student acquisition, and strengthening market penetration. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns across diverse geographies while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
- Plan and manage large-scale activation campaigns, roadshows, education fairs, seminars, workshops, campus connect programs, and promotional events.
- Design innovative customer engagement initiatives to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Lead regional marketing activities across multiple states by coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and channel partners.
- Build and manage strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and strategic partners.
- Identify new markets and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student outreach.
- Manage end-to-end execution of branding activities including kiosks, exhibitions, outdoor promotions, and experiential marketing.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, procurement, and agency performance to ensure cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Admissions, Creative,



Public Relations, and Outreach teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional marketing teams to achieve business targets and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- 8–16 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale BTL campaigns across multiple regions.
- Solid understanding of education marketing, consumer engagement, event management, and activation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, planning, presentation, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for campaign execution and market development.
- Prior experience in Higher Education, EdTech, Consumer Brands, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or Service Industries will be preferred.
