About The Role

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and startup-driven professionals to join our Strategic Alliances team.

As a Strategic Alliance Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, meeting, negotiating, and onboarding merchants onto the Zookout platform while building long-term business relationships that drive growth.

This is a field-based Business Development role involving daily meetings, merchant acquisition, partnership discussions, and deal closures.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential merchant partners




- Conduct field meetings and sales presentations
- Negotiate offers and promotional campaigns
- Maintain strong merchant relationships
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Generate business through referrals and networking
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams

What We're Looking For

- Graduate preferred (Exceptional candidates can apply)
- 0–5 years of Sales or Business Development experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Two-Wheeler is compulsory
- Valid Driving License required
- Smartphone with internet access
- Startup mindset with hunger to learn and grow
