At Young Tinker Foundation, we empower young minds through hands-on STEM. We spark ideas, build skills, and nurture leadership while creating meaningful learning experiences in schools and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct Tinkering on Wheels (ToW) sessions across assigned locations.
2. Coordinate with schools and partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
3. Manage routing, logistics, and setup of ToW vehicles.
4. Monitor program performance and collect feedback for improvement.
5. Ensure safety protocols and compliance at all times.
6. Provide basic electronics support during sessions.
7. Manage inventory, supplies, and basic budget tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
1.
BSW, MSW, B.Tech, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree.
2. Willingness to travel extensively.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
4. Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Stipend Structure – ₹26,509/month:
- ₹16,509 per month as a living stipend
- ₹6,000 per month as a completion grant (paid after successful completion)
- ₹4,000 per month as travel allowance (reimbursed for official use)
