Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal / Functional Consultant – Finance with strong expertise in Infor CSI (SyteLine) implementation and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Finance modules, ERP implementations, business process analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, and end-user training within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and distinguish between critical business needs and desired enhancements.
- Understand current and future-state business processes and perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discussions.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Develop business process models and solution blueprints.
- Map business requirements to standard Infor CSI functionality and identify configuration or customization needs.
- Apply requirement elicitation techniques including workshops, use cases, scenarios, and prototyping.
- Configure and maintain Finance modules within Infor CSI (SyteLine).
- Prepare high-level functional design documents for customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Coordinate with technical teams during solution development and implementation.
- Develop functional, system integration, and user acceptance test plans.
- Prepare and execute Conference Room Pilot (CRP) scripts and lead CRP sessions.
- Support data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, standardization, conversion, and loading.




- Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training documentation.
- Deliver business process and scenario-based training to ensure successful user adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Robust hands-on experience in Infor CSI (SyteLine) implementation and support.
- Expertise in Finance modules including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Tax Management
- Costing
- Experience in ERP implementation, migration, conversion, or rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP best practices.
- Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including SIT, UAT, and CRP.
- Experience in data migration and ERP configuration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Exposure to workflow configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and solution demonstrations.
