Position: Microbiologist

At our brewery, microbiology is at the heart of quality. From managing healthy yeast to ensuring every pint of beer is free from contamination, our microbiologists play a critical role in delivering beer that is consistent, secure and true to style.

Who we're looking for:

• Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in microbiology or quality control laboratories within food & beverage, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the microbiological quality of our beer throughout the brewing process.

• Manage brewery yeast cultures, ensuring healthy propagation, storage and consistent fermentation performance.

• Perform microbiological, chemical and technical analyses on in-process samples and finished beer.

• Monitor brewery hygiene through routine testing.
