Job Title: Market Research Associate

Location: Hyderabad, On-Site (Travel across cities as required)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed weekly off)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Type: 3 months probation + Full-time

About the Role

As a Market Research Associate, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting students, visiting colleges, training institutes, and community spaces to understand how students make career decisions and how the market is evolving. Your insights will directly influence our product, marketing, admissions, and growth strategy. If you're naturally curious, enjoy meeting people, and love uncovering insights that others miss, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Meet students across colleges, campuses, training institutes, and community spaces to understand their aspirations, challenges, and decision-making process.
- Map the complete student journey, from discovering career programs to enrolling in one.
- Research competing institutes to understand their positioning, offerings, pricing, placement support, and student experience.
- Study placement outcomes across the market to identify the gap between promises and reality.
- Monitor reviews, forums, social media,



and student communities to track market sentiment and emerging trends.
- Convert your observations into structured weekly reports and actionable insights that help the business make better decisions.
- Highlight important market developments as soon as you identify them.

Who We're Looking For

- Comfortable speaking with new people and building conversations naturally.
- Curious, observant, and objective.
- Able to identify patterns and communicate insights clearly through structured reports.
- Comfortable travelling across Hyderabad and other cities as required.
- Proficiency in Telugu is a solid advantage.

Preferred:

- Experience in student-facing, sales, counselling, community, or research roles.
- Personally explored multiple education or career options before making your own decision.
- Existing network among recent graduates or final-year students across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
