- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, with a solid focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for C2H positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement analysis, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure.
- Ability to work on multiple IT skill sets simultaneously while meeting client TATs and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills, with experience working with clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
