Role Description The Yarn Fabric Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing yarn and fabric sourcing, quality, and production coordination. This role includes managing procurement activities for yarns and fabrics, evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials in line with production schedules. The Yarn Fabric Manager monitors quality control processes, conducts inspections, and collaborates with production teams to maintain product standards and resolve issues.



Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, and optimizing supply chain efficiency for textile-related operations. The role requires hands-on interaction with vendors, mills, and internal teams to support consistent quality and cost-effective fabric management.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Textiles skills to ensure yarn and fabric meet required standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement and Negotiation skills to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of yarn and fabric types, textile manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Candidates should possess valuable communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in textile or garment manufacturing, preferably in yarn/fabric management or sourcing, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Textiles, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
