Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Environment Science,)We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.Key Responsibilities:✅ Develop business for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), Revamp, Retrofit, and Water Treatment Plant Spares.✅ Generate new business opportunities by meeting customers and understanding their requirements.✅ Build solid relationships with industries, consultants, and EPC contractors.✅ Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.✅ Handle key accounts and provide the best technical solutions to customers.✅ Track market trends, competitors,



and prepare regular sales reports (MIS).✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual business growth.Preferred Candidate:✔ 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.✔ Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, Recycling, or ZLD projects.✔ Technical knowledge of Chemical or Water Treatment processes.✔ Ability to understand engineering drawings and P&IDs.;✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.✔ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.If you have a passion for sales, technical solutions, and business growth in the water treatment industry, we'd love to hear from you!?
