NJob Summary: NWe are seeking a highly driven Operations Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve center performance, operational efficiency, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. NKey Responsibilities: N> Own OperationalImprovement Initiatives NOwn end-to-end operational improvement initiatives—from identifying opportunities to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement—to improve center performance and productivity. NKPIs -nn Delivery of targeted operational improvements N Timely execution of strategic initiatives N Improvement in center productivity and operational efficiency Nn> Drive Performance Through Data NAnalyze operational and business data to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes,



and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives. NKPIs -nn Measurable improvement in key operational metrics N Number of improvement initiatives successfully implemented N Quality and timeliness of business insights Nn> Drive Field Execution NPartner with field teams through regular center visits to understand operational challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes. NKPIs -nn Adoption of operational initiatives N Reduction in execution gaps N Improvement in process compliance Nn> Build Scalable Operating Processes NDesign and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent execution across the network. NKPIs -nn SOP compliance N Reduction in process variation N Successful rollout of standardized operating practices NnQualifications & Skills: Nn 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field. N Demonstrated experienceleading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact. N Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. N Proven ability to driveinitiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement. N Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. N High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action. N Advanced proficiency inExcel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred. N
