The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client projects across branding, graphic design, social media marketing, performance marketing, website design & development, UI/UX design, content production, and digital campaigns. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality across all client deliverables. NIn this role, you will work directly with the CEO, stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing timelines, monitoring project progress, and ensuring every project is delivered on time while exceeding client expectations. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Manage end-to-end client projects across branding, digital marketing, website development, and creative services by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Nnn Act as theprimary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Nnn Understandclient requirements and prepare detailed project briefs for internal execution. Nnn Develop project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables. Nnn Coordinatewebsite design and development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between design and development teams. Nnn Track project milestones, approvals, revisions, feedback,



and final deliveries. Nnn Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and provide regular project status updates. Nnn Ensure alldeliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations before submission. Nnn Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), project reports, and maintain accurate project documentation. Nnn Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. NnRequired Skills Nn 1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency. Nnn Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, website development, social media marketing, performance marketing, UI/UX, and content production workflows. Nnn Excellent project planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Nnn Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills. Nnn Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nnn Ability toprioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Nnn Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nnn Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.Com, or similar platforms. Nnn Ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. NnQualificationsnBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field. N1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency is mandatory. NPrior experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project Coordination will be preferred.
