- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders. N
- Drive campus placement activities, including internships and final placements. N
- Identify new recruitersand expand the employer network. N
- Coordinate with academic departments to align training programs with industry needs. N
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development sessions. N
- Conduct soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation training for students. N




- Track placement data and prepare reports for management. NRequirements: N
- Atleast 5–8 years of proven experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations. N
- Strong network with corporates and industry professionals. N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
