This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, loves working with numbers, and can drive execution across multiple cross-functional projects. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Drive project planning, tracking, and execution across teams. N Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), action trackers, and follow-ups. N Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables. N Create insightful presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.



N Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. N Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities proactively. N Ensure accountability and momentum across ongoing projects. NnWhat We're LookingFor: Nn 0-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Founder's Office, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting, Strategy, or Business Analysis. N Strong academic background from reputed institutions. N Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude. N Advanced proficiency inPowerPoint and Excel. N Exceptional organizational and communication skills. N Highly proactive with astrong sense of ownership. N Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. NnPreferred Background: Nn Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields. N Demonstrated leadershipthrough extracurricular activities, student bodies, competitions, clubs, or entrepreneurial initiatives. N Experience working withsenior leadership, founders, or cross-functional teams is a plus.
