Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities : NDrive customer retention initiatives for the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. NMonitor insurance business performance, MIS, and portfolio analytics. NEnsure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. NHandle reconciliations related to insurance business and payouts. NCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. NPrepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel. NWork closely with sales, operations, product, finance, and insurance partners to achieve business objectives. NCandidate Profile: NHands-on experience in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis). NProven experience in customer retention for Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP)business. NExperience in insurance business management, compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management. NStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. NAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced workplace. NExperience: NRelevant experience in Home Loan/LAP portfolio retention and insurance business management preferred.
