Onboarding New Campus Ambassadors NCalling and explaining the Campus Ambassador Program to interested medical students NGuiding students through registration and onboarding NEnsuring onboarding targets are achieved college-wise and state-wise N2. Engagement with Existing Campus Ambassadors NRegular engagement via WhatsApp, calls,



and video check-ins NAddressing queries related to campaigns, rewards, and incentives NUpdating CAs on recent offers, tasks, events, and initiatives NCoordinating welcome kits, incentives, and creative support N3. Reporting & Coordination NMaintaining daily call logs and engagement trackers NSharing weekly performance reports with the central team NCoordinating with State Heads and Regional Managers as required NKey Skills Required: NStrong communication (Hindi, English & Regional Language), persuasion, and student-handling skills NBasic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets NSelf-driven, target-oriented mindset
