NLocation: Mumbai NExperience: 2+ Years NCTC: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA NKey Responsibilities: NIdentify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and media partners. NDevelop and execute affiliate sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition. NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with affiliate networks and partners. NMonitor and optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CPS, ROAS, and ROI. NNegotiate commission structures and promotional campaigns with affiliate partners. NAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting. NCoordinate with internal marketing and performance teams for seamless campaign execution. NRequired Skills:



N2+ years of experience inAffiliate Marketing/Affiliate Sales. NHands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Partnerize, Rakuten, Awin, Admitad NStrong understanding of affiliate performance metrics and campaign optimization. NExperience in publisher/influencer management and partner acquisition. NExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. NAgency experience is preferred.
