NJob Summary: NWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Manual Testing Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure product quality through manual testing. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, careful monitoring of platform workflows, and thorough validation of web and mobile application features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and quality assurance tasks in a fast-paced environment. NKey Responsibilities:Operations Nn Manage day-to-dayoperational activities across the platform N Monitor workflows, reports, uploads, and admin panel processes N Maintain operational trackers, records, and status updates N Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues N Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups N Support content flow management and operational escalations N Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks NnManual Testingn N Perform manual testing of web, Android, and iOS applications N Validate new features, bug fixes, and release updates N Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios,



and checklists N Identify, document, andreport defects with clear reproduction steps N Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing N Re-test resolved issuesand confirm successful implementation N Verify UI, functionality, and end-to-end user flows N Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across modules NnRequired Skills and Competencies Nn Good understanding of manual testing processes and defect reporting N Familiarity with web and mobile application testing N Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability N Good communication and coordination skills N Ability to manage operational and testing responsibilities simultaneously N Proficiency in Excel orGoogle Sheets for tracking and reporting N Ability to work in a structured and process-driven manner NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline N 1–3 years of experiencein operations, quality assurance, or manual testing N Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms N Experience working withadmin panels, digital platforms, or content-based applications will be an advantage NnCandidate Profile Nn Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized N Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting N Capable of handling repetitive validation tasks with high accuracy N Strong team player withthe ability to coordinate across functions NnWork Requirement NThis is a full-time, in-office position.
