NJob DescriptionnWe are seeking an experienced Production Executive with a strong background in the frozen food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production processes for frozen and ready-to-eat food products while ensuring efficiency, quality, food safety, and compliance with manufacturing standards. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved. N Monitor the manufacturing process while maintaining product quality and food safety standards. N Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs. N Coordinate with QualityAssurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.



N Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve productivity. N Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records. N Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials. N Train production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures. N Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area. NnCandidate Requirements Nn Bachelor's degreeor Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production or a related field. N 1–5 years of experiencein the frozen food manufacturing industry. N Hands-on experience with products such as: N Frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products N Momosn BurgerPatties N French Friesn Frozen Snacks N Formed Productsn Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and production planning. N Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. N Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. NnPreferred Experience NCandidates with experience in frozen food processing plants and exposure to automated production lines will be preferred.
