The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, internal controls, and process improvement. The role involves evaluating business processes, identifying risks, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance across all business units and hospital operations. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Develop and execute theannual internal audit plan based on organizational risk assessments. N Lead and manage internal audits across corporate offices, hospitals, retail units, and other business functions. N Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements. N Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and provide mitigation strategies. N Review financial processes, procurement, inventory management, revenue cycles, and operational controls. N Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines. N Conduct investigations into financial irregularities, fraud risks, and control failures when required. N Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. N Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track closure of audit observations.



N Collaborate with department heads to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. N Present audit findings and risk assessments to senior management. N Develop and maintain audit policies, frameworks, and SOPs. N Support management in strengthening governance and risk management practices. NnQualificationsn N Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. N Additional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or Risk Management certifications will be an added advantage. NnExperiencen N Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Internal Audit. N Experience in Healthcare, Hospital organizations preferred. N Proven experience in risk assessment, compliance audits, internal controls, and process improvement.
