- Prepare print-ready artwork for heat transfer labels — color separations, spot color creation, and film output N
- Convert brand artwork into production-ready files with correct trapping, bleed, registration marks, and imposition (step-and-repeat) N
- Match and manage Pantone / spot colors across silicon HD, CMYK transfer, metallic foil, and flock processes N
- Coordinate with the production floor to resolve pre-press and print quality issues N
- Maintain artwork libraries and ensure files meet client and compliance specifications NWhat we're looking for N




- 2+ years in pre-press /graphic design, ideally in heat transfer, screen printing, or label/garment printing N
- Robust hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW N
- Solid understanding of color separation, spot vs. process color, and screen printing pre-press N
- Sharp eye for color accuracy and registration N
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a quality-first mindset NBonus pointsn
- Experience with automation/scripting (Illustrator ExtendScript, CorelDRAW VBA) N
- Familiarity with garment embellishment processes and Pantone TCX color systems
