Job Description:

Contract-based for 6 month, and may be extended based on client requirements.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with a robust background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions directly. This role requires a professional who can deliver end-to-end SAP CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP CO implementations, with at least 3–4 full lifecycle projects completed.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

- Provide functional expertise in integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP CO processes.

- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Support testing,



go-live, and post-implementation activities, ensuring business continuity.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.

- Stay updated on SAP best practices and Oil & Gas industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of overall experience, with strong expertise in SAP CO.

- At least 3–4 full-cycle SAP CO implementations.

- Domain expertise in Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, profitability analysis, and product costing.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in integration with other SAP modules.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance/Controlling.

- Experience in global implementations or multi-country rollouts.

- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions for Oil & Gas.
