- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and CSDM.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow Studio.
- Proficiency in managing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR, CIS-ITSM) are preferred.
- Required:
At least two certifications (CSA and CAD).
- Good to have: ITIL certification.
Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and custom integration development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
Education:
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or MCA or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
