Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage the entire billing process, including preparing verifying purchase orders, ensuring GST compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will work closely with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth and timely billing operations.

Qualification: Bcom, Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: min 3 to 6 years of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering company.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune
Reporting to: Accounts Manager

Responsibilites:
Prepare and issue invoices for goods dispatched as per sales orders or customer agreements.
Ensure proper GST classification, HSN codes, and tax calculations in line with government regulations. Coordinate with the dispatch and salès team to ensure timely billing after dispatch.




Generate and maintain all billing-related documents - tax invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
Verify and cross-check customer sales orders, terms of delivery, and pricing before billing. Reconcile billed amounts with dispatched goods and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with monthly GST filings and provide supporting documentation to the accounts team. Verify and cross-check customer sales orders, terms of delivery, and pricing before billing.
Strong understanding of GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
Proficiency in SAP accounting software. Ability to manage multiple billing requests in a high-volume environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices.
