Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

- Manage the school’s front desk operations, including maintaining records and handling correspondence.

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and school events as required.

- Maintain student attendance records and assist with admissions processes.

- Coordinate with school staff for smooth daily operations.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe reception area.

- Handle inquiries regarding school policies, fees, and programs.

- Support administrative staff with filing, data entry, and other office tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration is a plus.

- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in an educational environment.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Preferred Attributes:

- Knowledge of school administrative procedures.

- Experience with student management software.

- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Work Workplace:

- Full-time position at the school premises.

- Reports to the School Administrator or Principal.
