What awaits you/ Job Profile

- Responsible for supporting the geometric integration of country-specific charging interface variants into vehicle architectures such as GEN6WE NCAR, XNF, and CLAR-FX.
- Perform package checks and support collision analysis in the charging interface area.
- Conduct basic package studies and support package optimization activities for multiple vehicle variants and architectures.
- Support the definition and alignment of interfaces with adjacent components in the charging interface setting.
- Assist in clarifying packaging-related topics with internal teams and international suppliers.
- Support alignment of geometric requirements with suppliers and internal interface partners.
- Contribute to the resolution of findings from validation, vehicle assembly, and plant feedback.
- Work closely with senior engineers to identify packaging conflicts and support corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of package study results and open points.

What should you bring along

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive packaging, vehicle integration, geometric integration, or related areas.
- Good understanding of vehicle package concepts and component integration.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicle charging interface areas or similar vehicle components.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying packaging issues.




- Ability to understand design constraints, package requirements, and interface conditions.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn vehicle architecture, high-voltage component packaging, and plant assembly requirements.

Must have technical skill

- Good package understanding in automotive vehicle development.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for 3D design, packaging checks, and geometric integration.
- Working knowledge of Teamcenter for data management, structure handling, and design release support.
- Ability to perform basic collision checks and packaging analysis.
- Understanding of vehicle component positioning, clearances, and interface requirements.
- Experience in handling CAD data and working with vehicle-level assemblies.
- Ability to support package studies for different variants and vehicle architectures.
- Basic understanding of automotive product development processes.
- Capability to document package issues, design gaps, and technical observations clearly.

Good to have technical skills

- Experience in electric vehicle charging interface or charging port packaging.
- Basic knowledge of high-voltage component development and integration.
- Familiarity with multi-variant or overlay packaging analysis.
- Exposure to vehicle architecture platforms such as GEN6WE NCAR, XNF, or CLAR-FX.
- Understanding of automotive plant mounting and assembly processes.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers for packaging or CAD-related topics.
- Knowledge of validation feedback and vehicle build issue resolution.
- Familiarity with whole vehicle package studies and interface management.
- Ability to anticipate basic package risks and escalate them to senior engineers in a timely manner.
