Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, including pricing, specifications, and promotions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our jewellery collections and offerings.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
- Manage customer databases, track sales leads, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
