- Delivering packages to customers

- Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor

- Following delivery driving routes and time schedules

- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating the delivery vehicle

- Providing excellent customer service

- Answering questions and handling complaints from clients
