Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase raw materials, goods, and services as per company requirements.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.

- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

- Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.

- Ensure timely delivery and quality of procured items.

- Track and report on procurement costs and savings.

- Keep updated with market trends and pricing changes.





- Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and payments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

- Experience in procurement or purchasing role is a plus.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchasing software.

- Attention to detail and valuable organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
