Designation: Software Engineer (Oracle CX)

Budget: Upto 28LPA CTC Including Variables.

Job Specification

8.1 Education / Qualifications / Professional Training (minimum qualifications required to perform the Job)

Essential

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications.
· Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and recent custom objects development using application composer
· Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pages using VBCS.
· Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
· Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components
· Should have hands on experience in developing reports and
· Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.

Desirable





· Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud
· Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ

8.2 Work Experience (No: of Years and areas of expertise required for the Job)

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Object Customization in Oracle CX sales and Service Cloud applications. 3-5 projects Implementation experience in above technologies preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Project Management methodology applied to software development projects

8.3 Technical Competencies (technical skills required to perform the role)

· Application Programming - The ability to code and test modules that meet the design specifications in following Technologies–

Primary

Oracle CX Sales and Service object customization, workflow, custom object definition, groovy script writing, report development using OTBI Analytics cloud, integration development using ICS tool of Oracle with SOAP/REST APIs. Development of custom UI using VBCS

Secondary

Knowledge of Oracle CPQ
