Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. • Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), dispatch documents, and other records. • Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe handling of goods. • Coordinate with transporters/logistics teams for timely dispatches. • Monitor and guide warehouse staff for efficient operations. • Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain cleanliness. • Ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs. • Handle damaged goods and returns as per policy. • Update ERP/WMS system regularly with stock movement details. • Prepare MIS reports and share with management. • Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts team for smooth workflow. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Desired Skills & Competencies: • Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. • Familiarity with ERP/WMS or inventory software. • Good communication and team management skills. • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
