Job Description:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities

- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines

- Monitor productivity and maintain progress reports

2. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors

- Ensure availability of materials and resources at site

- Report daily updates and site issues to senior management

3. Quality Control
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution

- Conduct routine inspections and rectify deviations

4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

- Maintain discipline and safe working conditions at site

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

5. Documentation & Reporting




- Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage reports

- Assist in preparing progress and completion reports

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field

- 2–8 years of relevant site supervision experience

- Robust knowledge of site operations and safety practices

- Ability to handle manpower and resolve on-site issues

- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting
