We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Managers who understands content, trends, and execution — not just someone who schedules posts and calls it strategy.

Experience: 3+ Years( 1 year Agency Experience)

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹6-9 LPA (based on capability, not just experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing social media handles (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, etc.) end-to-end

* Planning and executing content calendars

* Writing sharp captions — not generic, boring copy

* Coordinating with designers/video editors for creatives

* Spotting and acting on trends quickly (reels, formats, hooks)

* Running basic ad campaigns (Meta/Google is a plus)

* Tracking performance and improving content based on insights

* Being proactive — not waiting to be told every small task

What We’re Looking For:

* 1–3 years of actual social media handling experience (agency or brand side)

* Solid understanding of Instagram & Linked In content (this is non-negotiable)

* Good writing skills (clear, engaging, and to the point)

* Basic understanding of reels/video content

* Someone who follows trends and doesn’t need hand-holding

* Bonus: Experience in running ads or working with influencers
