About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function at Ferrocon Concrete Factory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural and interior building products, with an established network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Generate recent business opportunities for interior and exterior architectural concrete products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Identify new market opportunities, channel partners, and institutional clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast business growth.




- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales of interior, architectural, construction, or building material products.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and PMC consultants.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and nearby markets.
