Job Summary:

The Internship-cum Employee (Trainee - Talent Acquisition) program offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while providing an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. The trainee will support talent acquisition activities, recruitment coordination, documentation, and onboarding while developing a strong foundation in HR and recruitment practices.

Position: Trainee - Talent Acquisition
Experience: Fresher (2026 Pass-outs Only)
Work Mode: WFO (5 Days a week)

Work Location: Guindy, Chennai

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA(HR) / MSW (HR)
- Only 2026 pass-out freshers are eligible to apply.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Linked In, job portals,



and recruitment tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Format and standardize candidate resumes as per organizational guidelines.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records accurately.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support internship hiring, campus recruitment, and bulk hiring drives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.
