Role Title: Service Now CoE – Training & Curriculum Leader
Role Summary: Own the Service Now CoE capability‑build agenda by designing role‑based learning paths, certification plans, mentoring programs, and enablement content that accelerates practice readiness across modules and offerings. (Aligned to CoE “Competency” function.)
Key Outcomes (Success Measures):
- Standardized role-based curriculum and module tracks (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CRM/SPM/IRM/Sec Ops/ITAM/AI).
- Measurable uplift in certification throughput, delivery readiness, and time-to-productivity for current hires.
- Mentoring/Coaching rhythm across capability towers; “SME bench” readiness for critical deliveries.
- Establish a certification and assessment plan (CSA/CAD/CIS/Micro-certs); define pre-reqs and progression.
- Run mentoring programs, office hours, “tech talks”, hackathons, and knowledge sharing to drive enablement.
- Create measurement framework: training attendance, pass rates, competency coverage, skill matrix health.
- Partner with CoE leadership and capability leads to forecast skill demand and align training roadmap.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8–12+ years overall; 5+ years in Service Now ecosystem with strong enablement/L&D; ownership.
- Strong understanding of Service Now product family and certification landscape.
- Instructional design, curriculum planning, adult learning techniques, stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience running enablement programs at practice/CoE scale; exposure to platform governance and delivery assurance.
