About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented recruiter with prior experience in Manufacturing / Sales hiring(Field Sales - Junior to Mid level) for a recruitment agency environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, client handling capabilities, and excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for consulting and professional services clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced agency setup and capable of independently handling client requirements, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Consulting and Professional Services roles.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, references, networking, and database search.
- Screen, assess,



and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fitment.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure quality closures within defined TATs and hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience working in a Recruitment Agency / Staffing Firm environment.
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Experience hiring for Manufacturing / Sales (Field Sales Role - Junior to Mid level) / Corporate Functions
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Experience Required

- 2-4 Years of relevant recruitment experience.
