Role Description As a Travel Consultant at Palecha Trade Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for advising clients on domestic and international travel options and creating customized itineraries that match their preferences and budgets.
You will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing bookings, coordinating flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring reservations are accurate and confirmed. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and providing proactive customer support before, during, and after travel.





You will collaborate with partners and suppliers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and regulations, and use travel management systems to optimize client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to manage bookings, ticketing, and itinerary changes accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to client inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, and basic office software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
