Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and Linked In sourcing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring / IT hiring
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
