Key Responsibilities Provide clinical care in OPD wards ICU and emergency for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions Assist consultants in diagnosis treatment planning and management of complex cases Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures order investigations and prescribe treatments as per protocols Participate in ward rounds case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings Manage critically ill patients and handle medical emergencies Maintain proper patient documentation medical records and discharge summaries Teach and mentor junior residents interns and medical students Participate in departmental academic programs CMEs and research initiatives Adhere to hospital protocols infection control and patient safety guidelines Qualifications Experience MBBS with MD DNB in Internal Medicine from a recognized institute Valid registration with Medical Council NMC State Medical Council Prior experience in Internal Medicine critical care preferred
