Job Description: CA Articled (Full-Time, Remote)Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and proactive CA Articled to join our global finance and accounting team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting operations, financial statement preparation, multi-country compliance, and global client reporting.

This position offers hands-on exposure to cross-border accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable, bank/gateway reconciliations, US payroll, and leading financial ERPs.

You will work directly with experienced Chartered Accountants and financial experts, using modern cloud-based accounting systems to solve real-world financial challenges for international clients.

Key Terms & Compensation

- Role Type: CA Articleship Trainee.
- Stipend Structure:
- 1st Year: ₹10,000 / month
- 2nd Year: ₹15,000 / month
- Transfer Policy: Transfer Cases Not Allowed (Candidates seeking articleship transfer/termination will not be entertained; fresh registration only).

Core Responsibilities1. Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR/AP)

- Assist in end-to-end invoice processing, vendor invoice matching, and scheduling payments.




- Maintain clean ledger entries in accounting software and support collections follow-ups.

1. Reconciliations (Bank & Payment Gateways)

- Execute periodic reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and e-commerce payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, Pay Pal, Shopify, Amazon Pay).
- Identify ledger discrepancies, missing entries, and work with seniors to resolve them.

1. Month-End Closing & MIS Reporting

- Participate in month-end closing procedures, including journal voucher entries and ledger verification.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial performance summaries, and variance analysis sheets for client leadership.

1. Compliance & US Payroll Exposure

- Support US payroll operational processing under supervision.
- Assist in preparing data and documentation required for Form 1099 filings and other statutory reporting.

1. Client Operations & Communication

- Support day-to-day coordination with clients to gather financial documents, resolve routine queries, and maintain operational logs.

1. ERP & Accounting Software Learning

- Get practical hands-on experience across cloud accounting platforms such as Net Suite, Quick Books Online (QBO), Xero, Sage Intacct, or Zoho Books.

Requirements & Eligibility

- CA Intermediate: Passed Both Groups (or Group 1) of CA Intermediate and eligible to commence CA Articleship under ICAI norms.
- Transfer Status: Fresh registration only
- Technical Skills: Robust accounting fundamentals, working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic exposure to accounting software.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a keen interest in learning global accounting processes.
