We’re hiring a Sales Director for our client, an institution built by leaders from Consulting, FMCG, and Banking to accelerate India's manufacturing growth through smarter access to capital.

As the Sales Director, your responsibilities would be:

- Lead origination and closure of large, structured lease mandates in the ₹500 Cr+ segment by engaging CXOs/CFOs
- Position the organization in board-level and investment forums to drive strategic account wins
- Structure and execute complex, multi-lender lease transactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Build advisory-led, trust-based relationships across finance and operations teams
- Strengthen brand presence by leveraging a strong ecosystem of OEMs, lenders, and advisors

Requirements:





- Extensive experience in structured finance, large corporate lending, investment banking, or NBFCs
- Strong track record of client origination and revenue growth in mid-to-large enterprise segments
- Deep financial acumen with ability to assess balance sheet impact, ROCE, and capital strategy
- Strong executive presence with comfort engaging CXO and board-level stakeholders
- High commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating complex, multi-party transactions
