About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically appealing spaces for residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client briefs and budgets
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings in AutoCAD
- Create 3D visualizations and renders using Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures;

maintain vendor and sample libraries

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors during execution
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and monitor work quality and timelines
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback through revisions
- Ensure designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building code requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field




- Approx 2 years of hands-on interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max/V-Ray or Enscape for rendering
- Understanding of materials, finishes, modular furniture, and site execution processes
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings and BOQs
- Portfolio demonstrating completed residential and/or commercial projects

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Revit or Sketch Up Layout
- Familiarity with turnkey project execution
- Knowledge of local vendors and material markets

Soft Skills

- Solid visual and spatial sense
- Clear client communication and presentation ability
- Time management across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
