Lead Recruitment Consultant – GCC & International Hiring (Team Lead)

Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 CTC + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for GCC and international projects.
- Allocate job requirements among recruiters.
- Ensure quality screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build sourcing strategies for difficult and niche positions.
- Develop and manage recruiter KPIs.
- Build and strengthen sub-agent networks across India.
- Coordinate client interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Resolve recruitment bottlenecks.
- Improve candidate turnaround time.
- Ensure timely closure of recruitment assignments.
- Work closely with Operations and Business Development teams.
