About the job

As a client relations manager at The Design Alchemists, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services and that their needs are met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Utilize effective communication skills to address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Implement and manage client relationship management (CRM) strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to the client relations team to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
5. Collaborate with the interior design team to deliver exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
6. Drive sales and business growth through effective client management and strategic planning.
7. Represent The Design Alchemists at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our client base and enhance brand awareness.
