Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define product workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend product improvements.
- Help prioritize features and maintain the product backlog.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Review developed features to ensure they align with documented business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product functionality before release.




- Assist in product launch planning and feature rollout.
- Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or software product company.
- Proven experience contributing to product development and successful product launches.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver project milestones on time.
