Telecaller is responsible for lead generation, property pitching, and scheduling site visits and act as the primary link between potential home buyers and the field sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to cold or warm lists to find prospective buyers.

Property Pitching: Explaining project features, unit sizes, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

Client Qualification: Asking questions to evaluate the buyer's budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.

Appointment Scheduling: Booking qualified site visits and meetings for the field sales executives.

Lead Nurturing: Following up regularly with past prospects to maintain interest and build trust.
