Job DescriptionGRAPHIC DESIGNER – EVENT INDUSTRY NJob Title: Graphic Designer NDepartment: Creative & Design NLocation: Pune NEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary NWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience in creating event creatives for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, concerts, and social media campaigns.Key Responsibilities Nn Design event branding materials, including backdrops, stage designs, standees, banners, invitations, brochures, and branding collaterals. N Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, emailers, and promotional campaigns. N Develop creative concepts and visual layouts for events and marketing campaigns. N Design presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations. N Prepare print-ready artwork following production specifications. N Coordinate with production vendors for printing and fabrication requirements. N Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics as required. N Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials. N Work closely with the Client Servicing and Production teams to meet project timelines. N Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. N Stay updated with current design trends and event industry standards.



NRequired SkillsnnStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. N Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage. N Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding. N Ability to create print-ready files and digital creatives. N Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills. N Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. NQualificationsnn Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. N 2–5 years of experiencein graphic design, preferably in the event, advertising, or media industry. N A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. NPreferred Experiencen N Experience in designingexhibition stalls, event branding, stage backdrops, and marketing materials. N Knowledge of print production and fabrication processes. N Experience working in an event management or advertising agency is preferred.
