NManage payroll through HRMS/Payroll Software and manual processing. NHandle PF, ESI, TDS, Qualified Tax, and statutory compliance. NMaintain attendance, leave, and employee records. NManage onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes. NPrepare payroll, MIS, andcompliance reports.



NEnsure timely statutory filings and compliance with labour laws. NCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for payroll-related activities. NRequired Skills: NPayroll ProcessingnPF, ESI & TDS Compliance NLabour Law KnowledgenHRMS/Payroll Software NMS Excel & Google Sheets NAttendance & Leave Management NStrong Communication & Analytical Skills NPreferred Candidate: Nn 1–3 years of experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
