Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Nn Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications. N Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress. N Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. N Ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline. N Monitor workmanship andensure adherence to quality standards. N Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. N Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and track project quantities. N Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to site. N Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. N Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays. N Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the execution phase. N Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. N Attend client meetings and provide project status updates. N Support project billingby verifying completed work and documentation. N Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover.



N Coordinate final project handover and completion documentation. NnRequired Qualifications Nn Bachelor's Degreeor Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. N 1–5 years of experiencein interior fit-out or turnkey project execution. N Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or corporate interior projects is preferred. NnRequired Skills Nn Knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution. N Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. N Strong understanding ofBOQs, measurements, and site documentation. N Good planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities. N Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. N Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. N Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines. N Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. N
